Get your diploma through mail (countries outside the European Union)

We can only send your diploma abroad via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, through the diplomatic channel. This service sends your diploma to the French embassy or consulate in your country of residence. You will then be contacted by mail by the embassy or consulate to come and collect your diploma. Your address abroad must therefore be correct and complete.

You must make a written request to us, by sending us a letter or an email on which must appear :

  • the exact address of the French embassy or consulate closest to your home
  • your complete address abroad
  • the title of the diploma obtained
  • the date you obtained your diploma
  • attach a photocopy of your valid identity document (passport)
