The SEVE reception desk will be closed during the vacation week: April 24 - 28, 2023

Telephone assistance will be provided during regular business hours.

Opening hours as of September 5, 2022 on the ground floor of the department - near the entrance on General Zimmer Street :

  • Monday: 9:00am - 12:30pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 1:30 - 5:00 pm
  • Thursday: closed
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

A mailbox is available next to the reception desk to receive your administrative documents (proof of absence, enrolment, internship agreements and others...)

Outside of opening hours, users' requests will be handled remotely (e-mail, RT, telephone).

Depending on the course followed, students must contact the relevant manager directly.

If you need to submit proof of absence outside of opening hours, you can do so directly in the basket in front of the reception door, respecting the regulatory deadlines.
