Le bureau d'accueil se trouve au RDC de l'UFR - à proximité des salles C08 et T01.

Horaires d'ouverture :

• Lundi : Fermé le matin / 13h30 - 17h00
• Mardi : 9h00 - 12h30 et 13h30 - 17h00
• Mercredi : Fermé
• Jeudi : 9h00 - 12h30 et 13h30 - 17h00
• Vendredi : 09h00 - 12h30 /  Fermé l'après midi

En dehors de ces horaires, les demandes des usagers seront traitées à distance (mail, RT, téléphone).

En fonction de la formation suivie, les étudiants doivent s'adresser directement à la gestionnaire concernée.

Une boîte aux lettres est disponible à côté du bureau d'accueil pour réceptionner vos documents administratifs (contrats pédagogiques, justificatifs d'absence, émargements, conventions de stage, etc.)

Le dépôt des justificatifs d’absence (format original) peux se faire directement dans la boîte aux lettres devant la porte du bureau de scolarité, en respectant les délais réglementaires.
