Description

This course introduces the essential concepts of project management with a focus on project planning, which is crucial for ensuring project success. Students will work in teams to develop and present a project proposal based on an original idea. Like in industry or to obtain scientific grants, they will need to prove that their project is worth financing. To achieve this, they will write and present their proposals, highlighting the project's scientific and societal objectives. They will outline their methodology, breaking it down into work packages, and provide a detailed timeline. The main purpose is for students to demonstrate that their proposal addresses a specific need and is feasible, showcasing their understanding of the steps required to achieve their goals.
